History

The WRAF was founded on 15th August 2011 in Marques de Valdecilla University Hospital, in Santander, Spain by two Radiologists: Dr. Marco de Lucas and Dr. Arnáiz.
After the cooperation work in Kapiri Hospital in Malawi.
